Called Estes Garage concerning my Tacoma engine missing and possible trans issues and they worked us right in the next day. They ran diagnostic test and found a bad ignition coil. We went ahead and tuned the Tacoma up and serviced the trans because the trans had never been serviced. What I like about this shop is they don't try and sell you service and parts that you don't need. They are very professional on the phone, in the shop and when you arrive to pick up your vehicle. Also, I was very pleased that they reach out to you later to make sure everything is going good after the repairs. I highly recommend Estes Garage.

I have had them servicing my family’s five vehicles for several years now. Very satisfied!

We were traveling through MS when we stopped to fuel up with diesel. We were tired talking and not paying attention and added DEF into our diesel fuel tank (as they are side by side now). Fortunately we had not started the engine before we had realized what we had done. We felt stranded, we called around for help and right off the bat shops were trying to take advantage of us. Wanting to replace injectors and other things in the motor which were going to leave us stranded for multiple days. My husband finally contacted Estes Garage where the owner was so compassionate to us and LISTENED to what my husband was telling him. It was late in the day and they were closing by the time we were towed there. All we needed was a cleaned out fuel tank and new filter because the DEF had not been ran through the motor. The owner and his mechanics started working on cleaning the fuel tank and lines at once. The owners wife drove us to a hotel for the evening and picked us back up in the am. We can not say enough wonderful things about this family and the extra mile that this shop went to for us to put us back on the road. It was a Blessing from God that we ended up at Estes Garage. Highly recommend this shop.

They do great work at a fair price I travel alot but always bring me car back to Jeffrey place

Our car broke down on the way from Memphis to Jasper Alabama. We called Estes Garage who made sure that we would get set up as soon as possible. They called back before the tow truck arrived and got details of my car so that they could order the part that we needed before we got there. When we arrived at the shop, they informed us that they would get us a deal on the tow, cutting it in half for us. They even let our dog come inside, which was great because of how hot it was outside. We were set up and on the road again in no time.

Had engine failure while working in the area. I had my Acura towed to Estes and they had it diagnosed within 24 hrs when every other place I called could not even look at it for a week. They were totally honest with me and even though it was an expensive repair (make sure you change those timing belts before they fail folks), my hands were tired and 80% of my profession is done with my vehicle. They knew I was forced to use a rental vehicle to keep working and they gave me an honest time frame of how long they would need to order parts, etc. I didn’t want someone to tell me something just to hold me over…I wanted honesty and that’s what Estes Garage gave me. He told me the first week of July. My car was ready on the 2nd of July. Being that I live in another state, I had to work out the logistics to return the rental and pick up my vehicle. I picked it up this morning on the 9th.

I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody who needs honest and professionals working on their vehicle.
